Fee for CDP® application and included online course is $280.00 USD.

If your CDP® application is approved to move forward with the Alzheimer's disease and Dementia Care Online Curriculum you will be sent an email. If your application is denied your application fee of $280.00 USD will be refunded. Once your application is approved, there are no refunds.

RENEWAL FEE (every two years)

Renewal for Corporate Groups is $80.00 USD/pp.

The CDP®, CMDCP®, and CMDCPT™ are global certifications recommended for those working in the health care industry and with the geriatric population. These certifications are a compliment to your chosen profession.
